The buyer has 5 days to have a licensed veterinarian examine their new puppy. In the rare event that your puppy has a life-threatening disease or disability, you may return the puppy to us to receive a full refund. In order to receive a refund, you will need to; 1. Return the puppy to us 2. Provide us with a written health report from your licensed veterinarian stating that the puppy is “unhealthy for purchase” 3. Return all original AKC documents. *Buyer must NOT complete any AKC paperwork until after the 5 days. If AKC Registration Application is damaged, written on, or becomes lost, the sale is final. This guarantee does not cover any health issues caused by neglect or injury from the buyer nor does it include minor illnesses such as colds, allergies, internal or external parasites or umbilical hernia. We assume no responsibility for any medical expenses incurred after the sale. All transportation and veterinarian fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. All our puppies are up to date on their shots, dewormed and they are also microchipped.
 
Hip & Elbow Guarantee:
We will guarantee your puppies hips and elbows to be free from dysplasia for 25 months. Ratings that are excellent, good, and fair are acceptable and no exchange/refund will be provided. Evaluation must be done by OFA before 25 months with a rating of mild, moderate, or severe dysplasia. If OFA states the dog has dysplasia, we recommend that you have your dog re-x-rayed prior to requesting an exchange or refund. OFA might also want to re-examine your dog in six months. If their findings are the same, we will honor our guarantee as long as the first x-ray was submitted prior to 25 months. We assume no responsibility for any medical expenses incurred after the sale. All transportation and veterinarian fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
 
If your dog’s hips or elbows are shown by OFA to have dysplasia, the owner has these options:
1. Return the dog to us along with all paperwork including AKC documents, transferring ownership to us and receive a full refund at our next breeding.
2. Return the dog to us along with all paperwork including AKC documents, transferring ownership to us and receive a replacement puppy at our next breeding.
3. You may decide to keep the dog. If you choose this option, we will refund one-half of the purchase price at our next breeding. 

*If hip or elbow dysplasia is suspected to be caused by environmental factors or poor nutrition, no guarantee shall apply.
